Staff Information & Employment

Being a staff member at Camp Winnebago, located on beautiful Echo Lake, is much more than a summer job; it is an unforgettable experience amidst a beautiful setting.  Being a counselor is an extraordinary opportunity to improve your personal and professional skills while having a great time and helping campers be safe, learn and become better people.  Founded in 1919, for 88 years, Camp Winnebago has helped boys evolve into young men.  At camp, campers (and counselors) make friends and gain skills that will remain for a lifetime.
